Notice of Regular Board Meeting

The Board of the Kenswick Glen H.O.A. will hold a regular meeting on February 18, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., at the office of Community Asset Management, Inc.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports. If you wish to be scheduled to speak at this meeting, please contact the Association’s office at (281) 852-1155 not later than the week prior to the scheduled meeting. Guests are asked to limit their input to 3 minutes.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association’s attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.

2019 Maintenance Fee $260 (Annual Jan 1 - Dec 31) -- Due Jan 1
All payments must be postmarked by the due date. If you have not made a payment by Feb. 1 2019, please be advised the management of the Kenswick Glen H.O.A. has changed. Please mail your check (payable to Kenswick Glen H.O.A.) to:

ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW MANAGING AGENT

 Dear Residents of Kenswick Glen HOA,

 We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Kenswick Glen Homeowners Association, your homeowners association, has entered into a management agreement with Community Asset Management, Inc. ("CAM") as their Managing Agent.  CAM will be managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Association, including collecting assessments, paying invoices, preparation of financial statements, and deed restrictions. You may direct inquiries regarding assessments and deed restriction management of Kenswick Glen HOA to CAM at www.cam-texas.com
