Notice of Town Hall Meeting

We (The Board) would like to bring to your attention that efforts are being made by at least 4 homeowners to remove the current Board Members: Samona Grant, Takeshia Freeman, and Erica Metoyer. Two of the four homeowners are involved in recent lawsuits filed against them by the Homeowner Association (HOA) for unpaid amounts due.
The individuals involved have approached homeowners mostly on Neelie Ct and Roxette Ct and had them sign a petition for the sole purpose of calling a special meeting to remove the current Board Members. They made no attempts to discuss the grievances warranting their actions with the board prior to drafting a petition.
We believe it’s only fair that homeowners hear from both sides, those pushing for our removal and the current Board Members, prior to being put in a position to vote for removal. We respectfully ask that you join us for a Town Hall Meeting to discuss the history of our HOA, how the current Board got into position, and efforts and improvements made by the current Board. We also would like to discuss the grievances by the members pushing for our removal.

Notice of Regular Board Meeting

The Board of the Kenswick Glen H.O.A. will hold a regular meeting on August 5, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., at the office of Community Asset Management, Inc.

The subject of the meeting is general business of the Association, including monthly reports. If you wish to be scheduled to speak at this meeting, please contact the Association’s office at (281) 852-1155 not later than the week prior to the scheduled meeting. Guests are asked to limit their input to 3 minutes.

Items that may be discussed in executive session include: actions involving personnel, pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association’s attorney, matters involving invasion of privacy of owners, and other matters that are confidential by request of an affected party and agreement of the Board.

2019 Maintenance Fee $260 (Annual Jan 1 - Dec 31) -- Due Jan 1
All payments must be postmarked by the due date. If you have not made a payment by Feb. 1 2019, please be advised the management of the Kenswick Glen H.O.A. has changed. Please mail your check (payable to Kenswick Glen H.O.A.) to:

 Dear Residents of Kenswick Glen HOA,

 We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Kenswick Glen Homeowners Association, your homeowners association, has entered into a management agreement with Community Asset Management, Inc. ("CAM") as their Managing Agent.  CAM will be managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Association, including collecting assessments, paying invoices, preparation of financial statements, and deed restrictions.
